Do you offerwholesale pricing?
Yes,we love to cooperate people who also love the linen and could love to share linen with more people.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders will be charged at the time they are placed,you could get a better rates if they are pre-ordered.
We will dispatch pre-ordered items first time they are available, however, due to unforeseen delays this could be later than our estimated window. In the case of an extended delay, those who have pre-ordered will be notified and given the option of an immediate refund. 
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders will be dispatched within two business day, unless you are notified otherwise at the time of your order. 
TNT,DHL Express is used for international orders with tracking. Order over $200 will be free of shipping.
Is duties included?
Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all orders are not prepaid by ZAZLINEN. These are the customer‘s responsibility. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient‘s country and carrier related fees. If any such duties, taxes or fees are charged in customer's country, they will likely need to be paid before the goods are released.

We ship to worldwide,and the currency price we show on website is in USD.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are accepted through Paypal, eWay (credit cards) or Bank Deposit.
All sales through this website will be processed in USD

What if an item I want is out of stock?
If you find a colour or size you are after is not available, please email info@zazlinen.com and we will advise tje arrival time .
What if I want an item in a different colour/size to what is shown?
